- Amylase – processes carbohydrates, which are largely present in the European diet with traditions in using grains, pasta, and potatoes. Amylase processes starch (a complex carbohydrate) and converts it into glucose (a monosaccharide).
- Lipase – breaks down various types of fats (in cheese, meat, nuts, butter and oils). Numerous digestive problems and malabsorption of certain nutrients (such as vitamins A and E) are caused by improper digestion of lipids. Additional intake of lipase helps to digest fats, especially in excessive amounts.
- Protease – processes proteins. For a wider spectrum of action across varying pH levels in the gastrointestinal tract, Enzy-Mill contains protease 3.0 and protease 4.5, which help break down proteins in the stomach. This greatly reduces the load of undigested protein in the intestines. Undigested proteins cause fermentation processes in the large intestine, increasing the risk of self-intoxication and predisposing to a wide range of diseases.
- Alpha-galactosidase – digests verbascose and raffinose (types of carbohydrates in legumes). Because these substances are difficult for the body to process, they can cause gas, bloating and other ailments. Enzy-Mill makes their digestion possible.
- Lactase – an enzyme that breaks down the lactose contained in milk and dairy products. Lactose is the main disaccharide in milk. If it is not split into glucose and galactose, it reaches the colon and begins to ferment as food for bacteria. This leads to increased gases, bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea and others. The enzymes in 2 tablets of Enzy-Mil are enough to break down one glass of milk.
- Cellulase – processes cellulose (a structural component of the cell walls of plants). This enzyme is not produced in the human body. Because of this, some people have trouble processing greens such as broccoli, lettuce, cucumbers, and spinach. Enzy-Mill helps break them down.
- Bromelain – breaks down proteins, which are the most complex to digest of all macronutrients.
Enzy-Mill assists the breakdown and absorption of nutrients and increases vitality. It has a beneficial effect on various digestive problems.
Enzy-Mill – for good digestion!
